Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, and if something isn't quite right, our exchange process is designed to make it hassle-free. Here's how it works:


Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Quick Returns: Initiate the exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
  2. Perfect Condition: Ensure the item is in tip-top condition, with the hang tag intact, and hasn't been altered or washed.
  3. Normal Priced Items: Exchange is applicable for normal-priced items. (Please note, sale items are final and non-exchangeable).

How to Exchange:

  1. Covering Postage: You are responsible for the postage costs (both ways) for the exchange item. Make sure to do this within 24 hours.
  2. New Item Dispatch: We'll send out your new item as soon as we receive the one you're exchanging.

Important Points:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Include your invoice number or purchase receipt with the returned item.
  2. No Cash Refunds: We don't offer cash refunds, but we're happy to exchange items.
  3. Price Adjustments: If the new item costs more, you'll need to cover the difference. If it costs less, we'll give you credit for future purchases.
  4. One-Time Exchange: Only one exchange is allowed per payment receipt.
